I did it . . . I clocked 1,000 miles on my jogging stroller this morning! Yeah! I have had my eye on this bench mark for the last couple hundred miles. Today was the day! This stroller has been through a lot, multiple flats, mutliple sets of tires, broken straps . . . but it keeps on chugging! I am especially grateful to the babes who have been so good on on those runs and walks for me. They must know that I am such a better mom after I get some exercise! They are very well rewarded with fun snacks and stroller toys but I am truly thankful they have been such good sports! I got this stroller in August of 2007, but didn't get my fun computer until December 2008. So, clocked 1000 miles in three years and just over 4 months! I am happy with that accomplishment!
AMY!!! Did I really find your blog? You have some cute kiddos! I got your Christmas card last year... I think the picture was taken at Disneyland? After 9 years of marriage, I still haven't been organized enough to ever do Christmas cards. I have an awesome picture idea... the WHOLE family wearing FOOTIE PJ's in the back yard (have you seen the adult ones in Walmart?!?!)... I think it would be hysterical! However, by the time I get around to doing it, I think my kiddos will be old enough that I won't be able to even bribe them into it. Oh, well.
